At Zivvy’s, our journey began on August 2nd, 2024, with our very first grind: a tahini order that set the stage for everything we do. From day one, we’ve been committed to perfecting the texture and flavor of our nut butters, relying entirely on traditional stone grinders for every batch. We ensure an ultra-creamy, smooth, and perfectly fluid consistency. The perfect roast

Everything starts here. We don’t buy generic, pre-processed, or pre-roasted nuts from mass industrial suppliers. Instead, we source raw ingredients and roast every single batch in-house using our custom rotary roaster. By controlling the heat to the exact second, we lock in that rich, signature aromatic depth right before the ingredients hit the mills.

12 hour cold stone grinding

This is where the magic happens. High-speed industrial blades heat up, scorching delicate nut oils and creating a chalky, split texture. We do things differently. Our heavy traditional stone mills crush our ingredients slowly and continuously for up to 48 hours. This slow, cold-process method releases natural oils gently, yielding our famously smooth, pourable satin flow.

Batch Precision

Because our premium nut butters and drizzles are completely natural, pure, and fluid, they require specialized culinary handling. Our semi-automatic liquid filler deposits our stone-ground batches at peak velvety consistency straight into thoroughly sanitized glass jars and drizzle bottles—sealing in freshness without a single artificial stabilizer or preservative.

Clean labeling

The final step before your order leaves our Bangkok workshop. Our precise roller labeler applies the clean Zivvy’s design onto every jar. We don't hide behind complicated chemical names or fine print. What you see on our label is exactly what you get: 100% pure, unadulterated artisanal luxury.
