What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Zivvy's. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

What is the shelf life?

Unopened, our nut butters are best within 12 months. Once opened, we recommend enjoying within 3 months for peak flavor.

Why is there oil on top?

This is 100% natural oil separation from the nuts. It's a sign of a pure product with no stabilizers. Simply stir it back in for a perfect, creamy consistency.
