Made from a single ingredient: white sesame seeds, roasted in our Bangkok workshop and stone-ground in-house the same day. No added oil. No emulsifiers. No stabilizers. The natural sesame oils do everything. Natural separation at the top of the jar is the proof there is nothing artificial holding it together — stir to restore and it is perfect every time.
